Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has pledged to remain truthful to Ghanaians.
Speaking at the launch of the NDC campaign in Tamale on Saturday, July 27, he stated, “I will be truthful to you. I will never tell you lies.” He emphasized that he would not make promises he could not keep.
Mahama also highlighted the need for change in the 2024 general elections, asserting that the problems facing Ghana require new leadership.
“We solve problems with the same people who caused the crisis,” he remarked, suggesting that new hands are needed to address the nation’s issues.
He acknowledged the challenges ahead, saying, “It is not going to be easy. The more I look at the situation, it is even worse than what the government is telling us. It will take hard work and cooperation from the whole country.”
Mahama reiterated his commitment to honesty, assuring Ghanaians once more of his dedication to truthfulness.
