The National Chairman of the Nationa Democratic Congress( NDC) Elder Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has said that the NDC ended ‘dumsor’ before leaving office.
He reiterated that the NPP did not end dumsor contrary claims by current government officials
He made the comment at the launch of the NDC’s manifesto in Accra on Monday.
