NDC to train one million coding professionals with in-demand digital skills

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama revealed his party will train one million Ghanaian youth to become coding professionals when he is elected President after the December 7 polls.

Former President and flagbearer for the NDC said this when he met the press on Sunday, July 7.

According to the presidential candidate this training forms part of the NDC’s plan to bridge the digital gap among Ghanaian youth.

“The NDC promises you this: we shall train One Million Coding Professionals in in-demand digital skills for the growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing ecosystems, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital revolution,” he added.
