Priority Insurance rewards outstanding agents

Priority Insurance Company Limited, a leader in insurance industry, has celebrated 20 agents for their outstanding performance at the company’s annual Priority Insurance Agency Awards event.

The annual event, established a decade ago, honours exceptional performance within the Priority Insurance Company family, highlighting excellence, significant innovation, and outstanding service across key areas of the company’s business

At the event held at the Headquarters of Assemblies of God in Accra, the insurance firm gathered Branch Managers and Executive Managers to witness the 2024 edition of Priority Insurance Agents Awards.

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Priority Insurance, Mr. Matthew Kweku Aidoo, congratulated the outstanding agents, stating that they embody a commitment to excellence in the execution of their duties.

He encouraged them to continue promoting the brand with pride while enjoying the associated privileges, including accelerated career development and training from the Marketing Team, unrestricted access to company events, cash rewards, leadership exchange programs, cross-regional supervisions, and the coveted commissions they receive as recognized agents by Priority Insurance Company.

The overall best agent award went to Mrs. Esther Ntorinkansah Badu, an agent at the Weija branch received who received Ghs44,477.80 cash prize.

Elizabeth Asare picked best DVLA Agent while Esther Ntorinkansah Badu picked Best Agent non-motor award.

Speaking to Atinka News, the overall best Agent for 2023, Mrs. Esther Ntorinkansah Badu, called on the general public to entrust all insurance needs to Priority describing the company as the best.

She encouraged her colleague agents to work hard and strive to achieve more than she has achieved.

Ernest Kwaku Danquah, Head of Retail and Agency, who also spoke to Atinka TV, congratulated the awardees for their hard work and dedication assuring them that Priority Insurance Company Limited will continue to uphold its Customer Service Values, the cornerstone of the company’s growth.

Following the award ceremony, the agents were treated to a lunch at Accra City Hotel, held in their honour as a gesture of appreciation for their contributions towards making Priority a giant in the insurance industry.
