The case involving Shatta Wale and Medikal has been adjourned to Monday February 21 2022.
Both cases were adjourned by an Accra Circuit Court today Tuesday 15th February 2022.
Reports on Monday, 18th October 2021, claimed that Shatta Wale had been shot by unknown gunmen as prophesied by a pastor popularly known as ‘Jesus Ahuofe’.
Shatta Wale was also charged with publication of false news and causing fear and panic.
Preliminary investigations by the Police revealed the widely reported gunshot attack on Shatta Wale Monday, 18th October, 2021 was a hoax.

Popular Rapper Medikal born, Samuel Frimpong, has also been granted bail.
The “Omo ada” hit maker was also arrested on 21th October 2021 for displaying a weapon on social media.
On 22nd October 2021, Accra Circuit Court judge remanded the artiste into prison custody for five days, after the rapper who had been charged with display of arms and ammunition, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The two celebrities will reappear in Court on February 21st 2022.
