The Tufohene of Ekumfi Akwakrom in the Central Region, Nana Crack, has been arrested by the Central Regional Police Command for allegedly killing and burying a nursing student.
The suspect kidnapped and murdered the victim, Georgina Asor, 25, and buried her secretly in his (Tufuhene) room with the help of a pastor.
According to additional reports, the suspects murdered their victim after sexually abusing her for ritual purposes.
The pastor was apprehended in Cape Coast after confessing to the crime.

He later led the police to the Chief’s house, where the late Georgina Asor’s mortal remains were exhumed for further investigation.
The victim’s bag, shoes, and other belongings were buried alongside her.
The victim’s body was taken to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
