The Public Relations officer of the Electoral Commission, Sylvia Annor has said the commission is more than 95% ready for the December 7 elections.
In an interview with Nana Owusu Nkrumah on Ghana Nie, Atinka TV’s Morning show, Sylvia Annor said the Electoral Commission is 100% ready for the elections.
“We have prepared for the December 7 ,elections, I can assure you that we have prepared ourselves very well,” Sylvia Annor said.
“Now, it is up to Ghanaians, electorate and the general public to follow the rules and regulations to ensure that we have peaceful elections,” she added
On special voting, she said, “Those who are part of the special voting have gone through the processes, they have presented their names and the commission has also gone through the due processes to ensure that whoever registers for the special voting does so without any hindrance,” she said.
