The offices of the National Youth Employment Programme (NYEP) located on the third floor of the Ridge building, Accra caught fire on Sunday morning.
According to reports, equipments including computers, files, furniture and other valuables were destroyed by the fire.
The cause of the fire which is said to have started around 11: 0pam is still not known.
The fire has however been put under control.
Personnel from the fire service present at the scence have started investigations as to what caused the fire outbreak.
The National Youth Employment Programme, now Youth Employment Agency is responsible to create opportunities for the youth.
