Fast-rising Afrobeats star Kay 9ice, is eyeing the position of “Unsung Artist of the Year” at the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
This comes following the opening of the category by the organisers of the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) to the public.
The 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) has given a chance to the unsung artists of Ghana to be nominated for a special category called “Unsung Nominee.”
This particular spot is an opportunity for the unrecognized and upcoming artists to have their talent recognized and perform live at the 24th VGMA.
The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards encouraged the public to post a picture of an artist who deserves to be recognized on their social media platforms and tag with #24thVGMAunsung.

Kay 9ice who is gradually rising up in Ghana’s music industry has worked with some of top Ghanaian artiste including Bisa K’dei, Sista Afia, Galaxy, Yaa Pono, Tsoobi Ryan Korsah, Tyrell (USA) etc.
Some of his singles include “Photo,” “No Time,” and “Fakye,” which features Ghanaian female artist Adina Thembi.

Fast rising Afrobeats star Kay 9ice has dropped his much awaited single, Fakye.
The track which is already making waves on the internet features Ghanaian female Artist, Adina_ Thembi.
Fakye, which was written by Philip Kissi and Adina, is on the record label, Stunnas Multimedia.
It was also composed by Philip Kissi and Adina, while KeyMix Audio produced the song.
While Kay9ice did justice to his version, Adina also delivered her smooth vocals on the song.
Meanwhile, Fakye already has one of the best music videos around which was also directed by Oskhari.
The song is available on all music platforms including Audiomack, Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Amazon music, among others.
