Three people have been reported dead after the Bole district in the Northern Region suffered a 5-hour non-stop Downpour Saturday.
Properties were also lost as a result of the heavy downpour.
Speaking to atinkaonline.com, District National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) official, Sulemana Kipo, noted that the three persons who had died were washed away after their tricycle entered a river after failing to make it over an uncompleted bridge.
Thee three drowned and were washed away by the downpour.
The bodies of the three has ,however, been retrieved and the police is making preparations to hand over the bodies to their families.
