Chairman of Abbeam Group Of companies, Rev. Abbeam Ampomah Danso has jumped to the defense of prophetess Cecelia Marfo, saying he sees nothing wrong with telling Joyce Blessing to go back to her husband.
The comment comes after gospel musician and Evangelist, Cecelia Marfo, received public backlash following a viral video in which she asked her colleague musician Joyce Blessing to go back to her husband.
Joyce Blessing’s marriage hit the rocks after she announced she was having issues with her husband and manager Dave Joy.
Speaking to host of Atinka Fm’s Drive Time show, Roman Fada, Rev. Abbeam expressed shock and disappointment in hypocritical Ghanaians who have been lambasting the musician cum prophetess for telling her colleague musician nothing but the truth.
He disagrees with those saying Cecilia Marfo should have delivered the message to Joyce secretly.
According to the man of God, what the prophetess did was a way of encouraging and uplifting her sister which he described as extremely beautiful.
“Cecilia Marfo didn’t say Joyce Blessing is a devil and that she condemns her, if it were to be condemnation…. that would have been bad, but this was a form of encouragement to go back to her husband,” he said
Rev Abbeam added that Ghanaians easily jump to conclusions when issues arise without cross-examining them carefully to know the other side.
