President of Amidaus Professionals, Alhaji Baba Gedo has urged government to support the development of football in the country.
He made this appeal during in interview on Atinka FM’s Total Sports.
Alhaji Gedo emphasized that government needs to invest much money into Ghana football for it to rise.
Alhaji Gedo pointed out the recent progress and achievements of other African countries, particularly Morocco, Algeria and Senegal.
” For example, all the European players are moving to Saudi because the government has invested with much money to make their football appealing and rich,” he added.
Alhaji Baba Gedo said if government invests in our football, the benefits and profits will be realised in the long term.
