The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Asiedu Nketiah, has advised Ghanaians not to buy into what he describes as the New Patriotic Party’s “skirt and blouse” agenda
Speaking at the NDC’s final rally at Zurak Park in Madina, the veteran politician said: “I want to urge you; all of a sudden the NPP have found a reason to campaign for John Mahama and campaign for our parliamentary candidate. Tell them that we have seen through all their tricks. President Mahama is going back into office with a solid majority in Parliament. We are not going to fall for the tricks of the skirt and blouse people. We are voting for President Mahama and voting for our parliamentary candidate. I am standing here and have worked with the 276 parliamentary candidates of this party across the country. I am convinced that we are returning to office with a very strong majority in Parliament,” the chairman remarked.
