Gomoa Central: “We want A Plus to replace our  weak candidate”-NDC youth

Some members of the National Democratic Congress in the Gomoa Central Constituency of the Central Region are advocating for the removal of their parliamentary candidate, Honorable Kwame Deen Yawson because they lack confidence in his ability to lead the NDC to victory.

In an address to the press, however, the Ekwamkrom Electoral Area Coordinator, Mr. Richard Mills, also known as Zigor, alluded to the notion that the Gomoa Central Constituency of the NDC harbors skepticism towards Kwame Deen Yawson’s candidacy with the party’s desired victory and is therefore pressuring for his replacement.

Their opinion is that he is a feeble candidate who lacks confidence in his ability to steer the party to victory.

He further stated that they are thereby requesting the party leadership to support independent candidate Kwame Asare Obeng, a retired musician also known as “A Plus,” who is running for the constituency’s parliamentary seat as an independent candidate

As per his assertion, A Plus exhibits considerable electoral prospects due to his ability to garner the backing of both affluent and grassroots constituents.
