The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has won the Ejisu by-election.
NPP’s lawyer Kwabena Boateng polled 27, 782 representing 55.8% while his greatest challenger, Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, an Independent Candidate and former NPP MP for the area, polled 21, 534, representing 43.3%.
Beatrice Boakye of the Liberal Party secured 140 votes while Esther Osei of the Convention People’s Party got 89 votes.
