Abena Mozeeno emerged winner at the maiden edition of the Lufart Atinka Radio Icon held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the Sika Hall inside Atinka Media Village (AMV) Headquarters, Avenor Junction.
She surpassed 53 contestants to become the overall winner.
After 13 weeks of thrilling performances in news reading and presenting, Abena Mozeeno stood out, winning the hearts of the judges and the public.
Abena Mozeeno received a cash prize of GHC5,000, plus a one year working contract with AMV with monthly allowances.

King Hayford became the Ist Runner-up after putting up amazing performances throughout the competition. He received a GHC3,000 cash prize plus a 6 month working contract with AMV.
Kingskid was also named second runner-up after putting up spectacular performances throughout the show. He also got a GHC2,000 cash prize plus 3 months working contract with monthly allowances.
Ben and His Excellency who came fourth and fifth were also acknowledged, received certificates and a plaque.
They all received certificates, plaques and medals for participating in the maiden edition of the
Lufart Atinka Radio Icon was launched on May 28, 2023 at the Grand Finale of Tobvital Atinka Kids Dance at the National theatre.
54 contestants entered the Lufart Atinka Radio Icon race.
For 13 weeks, the contestants showcased their talents including news reading or presenting, news reporting, DJing amongst others.
They were hosted every Friday on Atinka Drive by Roman Fada.
After weeks of having the opportunity to showcase their talents on radio, 20 contestants survived eviction and went to the finals.
Meanwhile, the first three winners will be working at Atinka Media Village for the period stated above respectively.
