As President John Dramani Mahama prepares to appoint Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs), the youth of Madina are rallying behind Hon. Abdul Razak Hussein, tipping him as the best candidate for Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the La Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Assembly (LaNMMA).
Hon. Razak, a long-serving NDC Constituency Secretary in Madina, has been widely recognized for his leadership, grassroots mobilization, and commitment to community development.
His supporters argue that his experience and track record make him the best candidate to steer Madina toward progress.
The youth believe Razak’s years of service has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Madina.
According to them, his strong relationships with community leaders, traditional authorities, and local stakeholders put him in a strategic position to foster development.
“His leadership style—rooted in inclusivity, transparency, and collaboration—has won him the admiration of many. Supporters say he has the ability to unite assembly members, engage opposition leaders constructively, and drive community-driven projects,” the youth noted.
Furthermore, his background in financial management, project execution, and local government operations equips him with the expertise needed to manage the affairs of the Madina Municipality effectively.
The youth of Madina are of the belief that appointing Hon. Razak as MCE would be a game-changer.
They are of the view that his leadership would bridge the gap between government policies and community aspirations, ensuring that developmental projects are tailored to the needs of the people.
