Mahama eulogizes former Transport Minister Dzifa Attivor

The Former President of Ghana and the 2020 Presidential candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has described the former Minister of transport as a very dedicated and reliable member of the party.

Dzifa Attivor died on Tuesday, November 16 2021 at the University of Ghana Medicl center at 65.

Dzifa Attivor, who was appointed in February 2013 by President John Mahama,  resigned as Minister for Transport in Ghana in December 2015 after she was fingered in the controversial bus re-branding contract.

Eulogizing the deceased, Former President of Ghana John Dramani Mahama, took to Facebook to share fond memories of  Dzifa Attivor.

John Mahama said the NDC is yet to come to terms with the departure of Dzifa Attivor.

He noted that Dzifa Aku Attivor was a was a very dedicated “comrade”  who was always ready and willing to get things done.

He added the Dzifa Aku Attivor was always ready to help the needy

 “May the soul of our sister and mother, Dzifa Aku Attivor, rest peacefully. Dzifa was a very dedicated comrade; she was always ready and willing to get things done, for our party, the NDC, and help others in need.

“We are struggling to come to terms with her departure. She will be sorely missed by all, especially the Volta Region NDC and the teeming number of our people operating under the Volta Caucus across the country. My deepest condolences to her family, friends and the NDC in the wake of this painful loss,” The Former President John Dramani Mahama posted on Facebook.
