City are open to including players in addition to the cash offer. Tottenham are expected to reject offer.

Sky Sports News exclusively reported last month that Kane had told Spurs he wanted to leave this summer with Man City, Man Utd and Chelsea interested.

Kane’s preference is to stay in Premier League, but his is focused on the Euros and there will no talks until afterwards.
