Chief Executive Officer of Accra Great Olympics, Oluboi Commodore has said Gladson Awako’s contract with Hearts of Oak has been terminated after the Phobians failed to stick to the terms of the contract.

Awako, 30, joined the Ghana Premier League champions on a two-year deal before the start of their Africa campaign.

Revealing the reason behind the new development, Oluboi reiterated that Hearts of Oak agreed to pay Gladson Awako’s transfer fee in two instalments adding that the first instalment was on the 13th of September and the second was to be paid on October 2.

However, the Phobians have failed to pay the second instalment of the agreement.
