Brand Consultant Akosua Naana Lexis Obenewaa Opoku-Agyemang has emphasized the critical role of proper documentation in attracting investors to businesses.
Speaking in an interview on Bullet Business on Bullet TV, hosted by Karen Antwi, she noted that businesses must first ensure their internal structures and records are in order before seeking external investment.
“To attract investors, you must first look at your documentation,” she stated.
She further highlighted the importance of strategic foresight in business growth, cautioning that companies without a clear vision for the future may struggle to scale.
“A business that is not able to look at the future and anticipate that anything can happen—whether good or bad—is not prepared for growth,” she added.
Her comments were made during a discussion on branding for investment, where she stressed that strong internal systems and forward-thinking strategies are essential for building investor confidence.
