Referee who officiated Hearts vs Aduana match suspended

The referee who supervised the Match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Aduana Football club has been suspended.

The referee, Eso Doh Morrison, has been suspended for eight match days.

The suspension comes after Footbal club,  Accra Hearts of Oak, filed a complaint to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) against referee, Eso Doh Morrison, for multiple errors during their match with Aduana FC.

According to Accra Hearts of Oak, referee Eso Doh Morrison failed to award a penalty to the team after Adam Farouk of Aduana FC brought down Daniel Afriyie Banieh in the eighteen-yard box during the first half of the game.

Accra Hearts of Oak again argued that Adam Farouk broke down a goal scoring attack by bringing down Kofi Kordzi in the 73rd minute of the 2nd half.

Hearts said Mohammed Alhassan was sent off by referee Morrison without committing a foul and that the match commissioner also sat in the presidential box at the stadium preventing Hearts of Oak from channeling their concerns to him.
