Tobvital Atinka Kids Dance: Spotlight on Blessing Annah, Ishmaella Midodzi and Joycelyn Mawuena

All too soon, the Tobital Atinka Kids Dance is coming to an end and finalists are preparing towards the Grand finale, which will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at the National Theatre.

At this point, it has become important for the public to know how finalists have fared from the beginning of the show till now.

Blessing Annah, #2 is a pupil of Tony Love School, Lasibi, Klagon.

Blessing Annah started well right from the audition and she has maintained her momentum till the final stage of the competition.
She exerts a lot of energy when on stage and her costumes are always speaking volumes.
The highlight of her performance is when she performed Ebony Reign’s song and that of Joyce Blessing.

Ishmaella Midodzi, #40, is from Islamic Kodechs Basic School, Achimota- Aloboshie.

Ishmaella Midodzi also entered the competition with her own style, very energetic and a great dancer.
The Highlight of her performances was when she did the highlife performance in her black and white costume.

Joycelyn Mawuena, #39, Deughted Kids Centre, Spintex-Baatsona.

Joycelyn Mawuena also started slowly but picked up with time.
The Highlight of her performance was when she did Wisa Greaid’s ‘E kiiky Me’.

66 Children, both groups and individuals entered the Tobvital Atinka Kids Dance competition.

Over the weeks, those who did not perform up to expectations and those who had little or limited votes and placed at the bottom of the voting chart were evicted.

All too soon, 30 contestants have been able to reach this far and are heading to the Grand Finale which will be held at the National Theatre on Sunday, May 28,2023.

Meanwhile, the tickets of the grand finale would be sold at the entry and the public is encouraged to take note.

Voting is still ongoing and the public is encouraged to vote for their favourite contestants on *713*203# on all networks to keep them at the top at the Grand Finale.

Tobvital Atinka Kids Dance was launched on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Sika Hall, inside the Head Office of Atinka Media Village.

The reality show for children seeks to harness the dancing potential of children between the ages of five (5) to ten (10) years.

The winner of the competition will take home a cash prize of GHC10,000 and a set of educational materials.

The first runner-up will receive a GHC8,000 cash prize and a set of educational materials, while the second runner-up will receive GHC6,000 in cash and a set of educational materials.

In addition to the above, several consolation prizes will also be awarded along the way.
