Atinkaonline has gathered that the police have arrested two of teh seven suspects who escaped from the Kwabenya Police cell on Sunday dawn.
According to our source, Nigerian suspect, Chibuzor Akwabu, who is regarded as the ring leader, has also been arrested.
The police source said the team is working hard to close in on the remaining 5.
The Police began a manhunt for some seven suspects who were freed from police custody by a group of armed robbers on Sunday dawn.
The armed robbers freed inmates at the Kwabenya Police cells after shooting the officer on duty to death.
