WorlaFest2020: Worlasi storms Alliance Française with coffin

Hiplife star Worlasi last Saturday held music lovers spellbound at this year’s Worlafest at Alliance Française when he stormed the stage in coffin.

Event though some fans initially insisted that the hip-life star was not in the coffin, they later changed their views when Worlasi emerged from the coffin with the “Waska” chant and Akpetetsie (local gin) in a calabash. It was an interesting moment.

WorlaFest is the biggest gathering of WorlArmies (Fans of Ghanaian Contemporary singer, Worlasi).

The Alliance Française event stand was fully filled by good music lovers from all corners of the word.

The event, organized by TicGhana featured great artists including M.anifest, Shaker, Esi Renie amongst others, who all performed to the live instruments of Senku Live except one young Ga and English Rap star, Marince, who was introduced by Worlasi to his fans.

Worlasi also honoured famous Ghanaian beat maker, Hammer, the #godMC M.anifest, Fokn Bois (Kuborlor and Mensa) and Wayila for the impact on his music Carrier.

Worlasi, well known for his ‘hard Fela Kuti’ style, didn’t spare the Politicians when he stormed the stage for the second time.

He fired very well and questioned why “their campaign car are all pickup cars.” This he answered, “it is because they want to reach every corner of the country to campaign despite the bad nature of roads. But after the votes, you won’t see them again”.

He, therefore, cautioned the youth against violence and urged that they cast their ballots wisely.
