Celebrated gospel trio Daughters of Glorious Jesus have attributed their youthful appearance, good health and longevity in the music industry to their faith in God, healthy living and a stress-free lifestyle.
Speaking on Atinka TV’s Ghana Nie Lifestyle segment with Ama Gyenfa, the award-winning group reflected on their remarkable journey, which has spanned close to four decades and touched generations of gospel music lovers.
The group said while God’s grace has been the foundation of their success, maintaining healthy habits has also played a significant role in keeping them active over the years.
“Aside the God factor, we eat well and we don’t worry ourselves too much about things beyond our control. This is what has kept us this healthy and young,” they said.
Renowned for timeless gospel classics and inspiring performances, Daughters of Glorious Jesus have remained one of Ghana’s most influential gospel music groups, earning admiration for both their music and their enduring relevance.
Beyond music, the trio continues to make a meaningful impact through the Daughters of Glorious Jesus Foundation, which supports vulnerable people across the country.
The group revealed that the foundation actively promotes mental health awareness in prisons, donates essential items to people in need and pays the educational fees of brilliant but underprivileged students.
According to them, the foundation recorded significant achievements last year and is expanding its outreach this year to support even more beneficiaries.
Their commitment to humanitarian work, alongside their enduring music ministry, continues to cement their legacy as one of Ghana’s most respected gospel groups.
