Suaman MP provides SHS prospectus items to 700 fresh graduates to reduce the financial burden of Constituents

The Member of Parliament for Suaman in the Western North Region, Frederick Gilbert Addy , has provided essential Senior High School (SHS) prospectus items to 1,832 fresh graduates across the municipality.

The items comprising over 700 student mattresses, 700 metal trunks, 700 buckets, 700 mathematical sets, 1000 exercise books, and pens were distributed directly to eligible first-year students and parents.

Speaking with the media at Dadieso today, Hon. Frederick Gilbert Addy said the intervention addresses a chronic socio-economic challenge in the Western North Region, where the financial burden of purchasing boarding house items frequently forces young junior high school graduates into dangerous ventures to raise money for school.

He explained that the motivation behind the donation was they are a reminder that your community believes in you. Do not look at where you are coming from .

He further disclosed his support plan for teachers that can boost educator motivation by combining public recognition, material incentives, and welfare interventions.
