The Traditional Authorities of Asebu in the Abura Asebu Kwaamankese District of the Central Region have finally broken their silence over an incident involving some church members and alleged Gay Pastor, Prophet Richard Ato Davidson which got him arrested.

The gay pastor was accused of ‘licking’ the penises of some church members.

The authorities are therefore demanding 4 sheep, 6 hens, 4 crates of eggs, tubers of yam, a box of Schnapps and a cash of GHC10,000 to pacify the gods.

According to him, what the alleged gay pastor did was forbidden and an abomination to the gods.

Speaking in an interview with Atinka News, the Queen Mother of Asebu Amantsindo, Nana Amensimakese III, on behalf of the Asebu Traditional Authorities revealed that since the case is in court, they will wait for judgement, adding that whatever the case may be, the authorities will still demand the aforementioned items from the alleged fake prophet to pacify gods.

That, she said will eliminate or revoke any curse in the community.

Nana Amensimakese III, also said they will not entertain the Gay Pastor and his church in the community, saying that they will let him shut down the church in the community.

The Queen mother said, the pastor is not from the community  so they  will not cast him out of the community due to the constitution governing chieftaincy “but we will not allow him to stay in the community again”.

The Assembly Member of the Asebu Amantsindo, Hon Richard Mbeah on his part appealed to the Regional Police Command to speed up their investigations for them to get justice.

He said several teenagers have also lodged complaints with him and the police on the same matter.
