Five young rappers have had their freestyle shortlisted for the #Baet2Challenge finals by Ghana’s rap god, M.anifest.
“After a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, we are back to determine winners of the beat2Challenge.” – M.anifest announced on all his social Media platforms.
M.anifest, in a short recording after he was unveiled as the ABSA Ambassador, asked upcoming artists to ‘pour’ their creativity on the beat2 beat. Many rappers from other parts of the world also filed their entries.
The finalists according to M.anifest, were “chosen by five judges who made a list of ten each.”
The five people that appeared the most in those lists are our finalist.
“We had amazing entries from different countries but for the purposes of this competition, we are implementing a rule which is that the winner have to be residents of Ghana.” – the godMC explained.
The finalist are:
- King Cudjoe – a past student of Koforidua Sec. Tech, based in Tema community
