Representative of the Upper East Region, Apaawon has been adjudged winner of the maiden edition of Atinka TV’s Darling Lemon Amammere Hemaa reality TV show.
Apaawon secured the ultimate position with her consistency in performances and votes.
Adepa, who also represented the Ashanti Region secured the 1st runner-up position while Kesewaa was named the 2nd runner-up.
For her Prize, Apaawon will enjoy a fully sponsored trip to Dubai, a cash prize of GHS12,000, an Ambassadorial Deal, a plot of land, products from Darling Lemon and XYZ wine, Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, a citation from Dapper Frames, fabrics from Fabric Centre and products from Reflo Company Limited.
The 1st Runner-up, Adepa also won a cash prize of GHS10,000, an Ambassadorial Deal, a plot of land, products from Darling Lemon and XYZ Wine, products from Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, a citation from Dapper frames, products from Fabric Centre and Reflo Company Limited.
For her part, Kesewaa won a cash prize of GHS 8,000, an Ambassadorial Deal, a plot of land, products from Darling Lemon and XYZ Wine, products from Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, a citation from Dapper frames, fabrics from Fabric Centre and Products from Reflo sanitary pads and others.
Afi, who grabbed the fourth position also won a cash prize of GHS 5,000, a fridge, products from Darling Lemon and XYZ Wine, products from Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, a citation from Dapper frames, fabrics from Fabric Centre and products from Reflo Company Limited..
Dzifa came fifth in the competition and she won a cash prize of GHS 5,000, a fridge, products from Darling Lemon and XYZ Wine, products from Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, citation from Dapper Frames, fabrics from Fabric Centre, Reflow sanitary pads, and others.
Ahineey also secured the 6th position and won a cash prize of GHS 5,000, a flat-screen TV, drinks, and products from sponsors.
Contestants who secured 7th to 12th position, Yaa Bode, Dede, Alifa, Afriyie, Vielon, and Awurama also got a cash prize of GHS 2,000 each, and products from Darling Lemon and XYZ Wine, drinks from Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, a citation from Dapper Frames, fabrics from Fabric Centre, and others.
Some of the contestants were given special awards. Afi was named Miss Punctuality, Yaa Bode was named Most Eloquent and Most Behaved went to Vielon and Kesewaa while Afriyie also received a special award for investing much in her props.
They were all given plaques to honour their extra efforts and uniqueness.
All sponsors of the show, including Darling Lemon and XYZ wine, Lawson De-ray Man Bitters, Cosby One College of Fashion, Dapper Frames, Fabric Centre, Reflow Sanitary pads, Miller and Marian Cosmetics, were also given special citations respectively to appreciate their support.
The Amammere Hemaa team also presented a citation to the Managing Director of Atinka Media Village, Mr Akwasi Korankyi Nkyi for his hard work and contribution to the success of the show.
Supporters of the winner also expressed their excitement over her win.
