The President of Bawumia Must Win (BMW) , Gyasi Boako has stated that Ghana is not the only country in the world facing challeneges .

He observed that a lot of Ghanaians did not believe it when the government said the covid-19 pandemic had a toll on the country, noting that aside Ghana, about 28 other countries have gone to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to seek help.

Gyase Boako also pointed out that even in the United Kingdom, they have their own challenges.

He made the comments on Atinka TV‘s current affairs show, The Agenda with Nana Yaw Fianko.

“Now, we can talk about a better depreciation of the cedi. It is not depreciating like the way it used to be due to the pragmatic measures the Government has put in place and the good measures the Bank of Ghana has put in place,” he added.

Meanwhile, he said the Vice President remained focused on addressing issues of the economy.

He also said the Vice President has promoted peace amongst politicians, helped bridge the gap between Muslims and Christians and the gap between the rich and the Poor.

He said Dr Bawumia has created a system to help the youth get employment and as well empower them to be their own bosses.

Gyasi Boako also spoke about digitalisation, saying that through that, people have gained employment.

“Dr Bawumia has really done well. In terms of the digitalisation agenda, he has done well, he has helped the youth, even those who were jobless, now they have jobs,” he said.

He was also of the belief that Dr Bawumia will maximise the NPP’s vote compared to other candidates, underscoring the need for delegates to vote for him in the upcoming primaries.
