Girlfriend of deceased Ghanaian celebrity pencil artist, Emmanuel Apraku popularly known as Ray styles, has shared an emotional video her and the artist on Instagram.
Emmanuel Apraku reportedly died in India on Thursday 1st October after battling a liver related disease for sometime.
In August 2020, pictures of sick Emmanuel Apraku went viral with an appeal for funds for over £40,000 to aid a surgery to correct the ailment.
After the appeal had gone viral, a GoFundMe account was set up on Wednesday, August 19 to raise funds.
Over $55,000 dollars was raised to support the artist, aside a donation of $20,000 from Ghana’s First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo had donated $20,000.
Emmanuel Apraku was flown out of the country to receive treatment, but news of his demise went viral on Thursday 1st October 2020.
Girlfriend of the artist Elicia, who uses @miss_gh_1 on Instagram, has in an Instagram post penned down an emotional message to her boyfriend.
” I’ll treasure all the times when it was only you and me. I will love you forever and even after that rest well my king until we meet again” , she caption a video.
