Gomoa East MP donates 700 bags of cement to support community-based projects

Dr Desmond De-Graft Paitoo, the Member of Parliament for Gomoa East, extended support to various communities within the constituency by presenting 700 bags of cement to bolster ongoing community-based projects.

The donation was a response to requests from communities that were unable to benefit from the MP’s earlier distribution of 1000 and 400 bags of cement respectively.

Addressing the Press during the presentation at Gomoa Akotsi, Dr Desmond De-Graft Paitoo urged all beneficiary communities to utilize the cement for their intended purposes such as the construction of drainage systems, construction of police stations, expansion of health and educational facilities, etc, emphasizing its role in fostering development within the Constituency

The beneficiary communities, including Nyanyano, Nyanyano Kakraba, Budumburam, Dasum, Akramang, Adabra, Dominase, Potsin, Fetteh, Ojobi, Dabenyi, and Adewukwaa, were represented during this significant gesture.

In an interview with ATINKA NEWS reporter SAMUEL NYAMEKYE JNR, representatives from these communities expressed profound gratitude to the MP for his  hard work and dedication to his constituents. They pledged unwavering support for both Hon Dr Desmond De-Graft Paitoo and H.E. John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming December 2024 elections.

Dr Desmond De-Graft Paitoo was accompanied by the former DCE for Gomoa East, Hon Moses Jehu Appiah,  Constituency executives led by Deputy Secretary Hon Francis Aidoo, and branch executives representing various branches across the Constituency.
