2024 election: We won’t go to Supreme Court- Mahama

Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has served notice that the party will not seek redress at the Supreme Court regardless of the outcome of the 2024 elections.

Mr. Mahama is optimistic that his party will win the 2024  elections and that the issue of going to the Supreme Court will not arise.

“We won’t go to the Supreme Court because we are not going to lose… The elections are going to be decided at the polling stations and the collation centers and that is where the NDC is going to be. We won’t go to the Supreme Court because we will not get justice there,” the former President charged.

The former President was speaking at Dzodze in the Ketu North Municipality in the Volta Region last Thursday as part of his Building Ghana Tour.

According to Mr Mahama whether the officials of the Electoral Commission “likes it or not, the NDC will be declared winner in the 2024 elections.
