The security patrol team at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital have arrested two suspected blood thieves.
The two were arrested at the third floor of the surgical block when they made an attempt to steal several pints of blood mobilized for various surgical procedures.
A statement by the PR unit of the hospital, said the suspects were arrested at 2am on Saturday May 22nd after the security mounted a surveillance.
The suspects are currently in the custody of the Korle-Bu Police Station assisting investigations.
