NPP postpones Delegates Conference over Eid ul-Fitr

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has postponed its National Delegates Conference scheduled for Koforidua in the Eastern Region.

The conference, which will give delegates the opportunity to elect a new set of national executives, was originally scheduled for June 15, 2018, but the party’s Zongo caucus rejected the date because it coincided with Eid ul-Fitr celebrations.

The party will now host the conference on July 7, 2018, at the same venue.
