Parliament approves 2022 budget despite Minority’s boycott

Government’s 2022 budget statement  and Economic Policy has been approved by Parliament without the participation of the Minority caucus.

Tuesday’s sitting was chaired by First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Joseph Osei Owusu who argued that his boss , Alban Bagbin erred in presiding over the decision to reject the budget last Friday.
