Security intensified in Ejisu SHTS after 3 students got stabbed

The Ejisu Municipal Security Council is meeting to address security concerns in Ejisu SHTS following the stabbing of 3 students in the school.

Students of Ejisu Senior High and Technical School are currently living in fear after three students were stabbed within a spate of one week in the school.

Speaking to the media after the incident, Municipal Chef Executive (MCE) for Ejisu, Samuel Oduro, noted that the attack is connected to an existing tension between the students of Ejisu SHTS and some youth of Ejisu.

“They have been fighting in recent times, the students have been complaining of phone snatching,” the MCE told press men.

The victims who sustained various knife wounds are receiving treatment at the Ejisu Government Hospital.

The three students are all final-year students.

Five suspects have been arrested and will appear before court today, Thursday, January 27.
