Tobinco boss consoles family of late Francis Sasu

 

The Executive Chairman of the Tobinco Group, Samuel Amo Tobbin, has extended his condolence to the family of the late Francis Sasu and the entire Atinka Media Village.

In an interview with Atinka TV at the one-week memorial service for the late news editor at the forecourt of Atinka Media Village at Avenor in Accra Wednesday, the Executive Chairman described the death of the late Francis Sasu as ‘painful’ and ‘regrettable but asked the family to be strong because God was in control.

“We must take consolation from the fact that it is God who gives and takes life”, the group chairman said, adding that the Lord will provide a replacement for the loss of the Mr. Francis Sasu.

The business guru was accompanied by the leadership and management of the entire group including the board chairman of Atinka Media Village, Professor Bosiako Omane-Antwi.

The late Head of News and Current Affairs at the Atinka Media Village passed away at his home in Accra last Wednesday after a short illness.

He was a seasoned broadcast journalist who worked for over thirty years at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation and two years for Atinka Media Village.
