Experienced broadcast journalist with Atinka FM and Atinka Television, Akosua High Tension Agyeiwaa Bonsu has been crowned Best Development Radio Show Host of the Year at this year’s edition of the Ghana Media Personality Awards.

Akosua High Tension is a popular Akan newscaster in the Greater Accra Region and also the hostess of socio-cultural and development oriented radio show ‘Efisem’ on Atinka Fm. Efisem is an hour program that throws more light pertinent social issues.

She does this with great resource personnel such as marriage counselors, life coaches, chiefs and queens, parents and guardians, pastors etc.

She has over the years proven beyond reasonable doubt that she versatile, hardworking, focused and and can work at any given environment and ensure higher productivity.

Receiving the awards, Akosua High Tension thanked organisers for recognising her hard work and asked their (Atinka FM and Atinka TV) audience to watch out for more exciting programmes.

“The Season 5 of the GTBank Di Asa is ongoing and watch out for more. Di Asa ooo, Di Asa, shake body,” she elatedly expressed.

She also expressed gratitude to the Executive Chairman of Tobinco Group, Elder Samuel Nana Amo Tobin I, and her wife, Mrs. Araba Sika Tobin, for investing in their talents and for creating a good working environment for their talents to flourish.

Akosua High Tension who has worked with the Accra based impactful radio station since it’s inception in 2015. Before joining Atinka Media Village, she worked with two popular stations in the Ashanti region – Otec Fm and Ash Fm. He has more the one and half decades working experience.
