Mr. Eric Sasah 33,  is also a teacher at Gomoa Ajumako Methodist basic school in the Gomoa West district.

According to reports, Madam Linda had on several occasions told Mr. Eric Sasah to go and perform the necessary rites so that the two could live as married couples but the husband didn’t see the need to perform the marriage rites.

This compelled Linda to move out from her partner’s house together with their four children, warning that she would only return if Eric performed the necessary marriage rites.

This infuriated Eric Sasah and he proceeded to the new apartment of her partner and beat her up mercilessly.

Neighbours of Linda rushed to the scene when they heard screaming for help but unfortunately, they only saw her lifeless body when they got there.

Madam Linda was rushed to the Apam government hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

Mr. Emmanuel Mensah, uncle to Linda said the family members are seeking justice for the deceased.

The Acting Chief of Gomoa Ankamu, Nana Ebow Kwansah condemned the act and urged the police to take steps and arrest the suspect, who was on the run as the time of filing this report.
