Famous Ghanaian business minded music star, Shatta Wale and two other giants from Nigeria, Burna Boy and Wizkid have been nominated for the 2021 edition of the BreakTudo Awards.
Shatta Wale was nominated in the Global Artist category where he will be competing with Calum Scott, IU, Machine Gun Kelly, Thalia and Troye Sivan.
Burna Boy and Wizkid were also nominated in the International Collaboration category.
BreakTudo Awards is a Brazilian award that annually recognises and celebrates artists from the world of music, television and digital influencers.

The event will be broadcast by Telemilenio ‘s YouTube channel, TV Cidade and also Yeeaah channel on October 21, with musical performances and special participations.
In a related development, Shatta Wale has been nominated for the 2021 MTV Music Video Awards.
The Dancehall King is the first Ghanaian musician to be nominated for an MTV Music Video Award.
Shatta Wale’s nomination follows his featuring on Beyonce’s ‘Already’, which forms part of her Black is King visual album.
The video ‘Already’ was chosen for Best Art Direction.
In other News: Navrongo ready for today’s GTBank Di Asa audition
Navrongo in the Upper East Region is destination for tonight’s audition of Atinka TV’s award winning reality show, GTBank Di Asa season five.
The show which will be held at the Navrongo Lorry station will be live on Atinka TV and Atinka TV Ghana on Facebook at exactly 6.30 p.m.
Two plus size women are expected to be selected from today’s audition considering weight, dance skills and the audience appeal.
Already, 10 plus size women have been selected to automatically participate in the GTBank Di Asa season five main competition which will be held in Accra after all auditions are done.
They were selected from Jasikan, Aflao, Somanya, Koforidua and Nkawkaw.
The GT Bank Di Asa Season five will award the ultimate winner with a brand new salon car.
The First runner up will be given a mini truck (Abossey Okai Macho), while the second runner up takes home a tricycle (Aboboyaa).
Aside these, the queens will also enjoy goodies from the sponsors of the show.
All plus size women in Navrongo who are interested in the show are encouraged to join the Di Asa team to register for free and take part in the audition.
