He was joined by senior party officials, including Nalerigu-Gambaga MP Mohammed Nurudeen and Deputy General Secretary Haruna Mohammed.
The team was welcomed by the Savannah Regional Chairman, Kalamonia, and other party executives.
During visits to Salaga North, Salaga South and Sawla-Tuna-Kalba, party members and constituency executives turned out in large numbers to support him.
Addressing supporters, Mr. Frimpong outlined his vision for the party, focusing on unity, rebuilding the NPP, strengthening party structures and preparing for victory in the 2028 general elections.
He said his first term was challenging but highlighted several achievements, including expanding the party’s electoral college, strengthening its communication system and establishing the Patriotic Institute to train future party leaders.

Mr. Frimpong said these reforms were aimed at building a stronger and more united NPP.
At the end of the tour, constituency executives from across the Savannah Region endorsed him for a second term. They praised his leadership and said he was the right person to continue rebuilding the party.
In response, Mr. Frimpong thanked the executives for their confidence in him and promised to continue promoting unity, internal democracy and grassroots participation if re-elected.
