North Tongu Member of Parliament Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has rewarded the six best-performing WASSCE candidates from the constituency with MacBooks and full scholarships.

The MP hosted the students to celebrate their outstanding performance in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

The beneficiaries include Freda Esenam Glah, Yvonne Kekeli Doe and Japhet Akpaglo, who each recorded seven As.
Joseph Sokpo recorded six As, while Omoro Sulley and Ewoenam Afua Eleblu each obtained five As.

Mr Ablakwa congratulated the students for their achievement and said young people who excel academically must be celebrated and encouraged to reach greater heights.
He expressed pride in the students and acknowledged the role of the District Chief Executive, Hon. Victoria Yawa Doe, for her coordination in supporting the initiative.

The scholarships and laptops are expected to support the students as they continue their education and pursue their future academic and career goals.
