In an interview with host of Atinka FM’s AM Drive, Kaakyire Ofori Ayim, Mr. Kwame Sam, father of Priscilla Antwi Williams, accused the driver of abusing alcohol prior to the accident hence his inability to apply his brake.

According to Mr. Kwame Sam, he has received reports indicating that the driver of the Pragya is noted for driving carelessly in the town.

“From all indications, if the driver was not drunk I am sure he could have applied the brake or something. I have received reports that indicate that the driver is a reckless driver. I learnt that just last week, he was driving carelessly through the Asankragua market. But just like we all know, the typical Ghanaian will not react to a bad behaviour until an accident like this happens,” Mr. Kwame Sam narrated to Kaakyire Ofori Ayim.
