Singer Ebony is reported dead.
The sassy singer died in a gory accident on her from Kumasi to Accra Thursday night.
According to reports, the 20- year old singer died on the spot when her jeep plunged into a ditch and summersaulted several times at at Mankranso in the Ashanti Region.
Ebony born, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, was returning from Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo when the unfortunate incident occurred. She was looking forward to celebrating her 21st birthday on the 16th of February.
The “Maame Hw3” hit maker died with two others in the car, but the driver survived and currently receiving treatment at the Bechem Government Hospital
The incident occurred at the intersection of the road between the Nsuta and Bechem junction according to eyewitnesses.
A sonographer with the Bechem Hospital, who pleaded anonymity, told Atinka FM’s Ekourba Gyasi Friday that the accident spot is a very dangerous area known for rampant road accident.
He confirmed that the lifeless bodies were brought to the Bechem Hospital but due to inadequate space at the morgue, they were transferred to the Mankroso Mortuary.
