Young but controversial political activist, Emmanuel Abankwah Kesse popularly known as Olumanba, has petitioned Government to scrap MPs Ex-Gratia and use it for developmental projects instead.
He further called on the government to scrap MPs Ex-Gratia and use the money to fund E-Learning Amidst Covid 19.
According to him, if the government can’t afford E-learning gadgets and procure generators and TV sets for areas where there are no electricity and network coverage, the government can get revenue for such course by scraping MPs Ex-Gratia.
“We can’t afford to lose our wards to Covid -19 and the only means by which we can prevent the spread is by introducing E-Learning. So I think the government can get revenue to procure E-Learning gadgets and generators for areas where there are no electricity by scrapping MPs Ex-Gratia”, he stressed.
