Ten contestants of Atinka 104.7 FM’s Atinka Radio Icon will suffer eviction today, Friday July 14, 2023 at the end of the show.
For four weeks, the contestants have displayed their talents respectively to justify their inclusion.
Last week, the ten were spared because the organisers of the show wanted to give them a little more time to prove themselves and justify their inclusion.
However, as the rules of the competition demand, some must be evicted for the champions to be identified.
At the fifth edition, the contestants will showcase their talent in news reading, presentation of programmes, sports news, sports presentation, djing and others.
While some did excellent last week, others were also ordinary.
Today, those who do not live up to expectations and as well do not have votes will be evicted.
Atinka Radio Icon was launched on May 28, 2023 at the Grand Finale of Tobvital Atinka Kids Dance at the National theatre.
About 60 contestants were officially presented to the public at the launch.
For 13 weeks, they are expected to showcase their talents including news reading or presenting, news reporting, DJing amongst others.
They will be hosted every Friday on Atinka Drive by Roman Fada.
Meanwhile, the public is encouraged to stay tuned to Atinka 104.7 for updates and as well vote for the contestants on shortcode *737*215# on all networks to keep them in the competition.
