The Executive Chairman of the Tobinco Group, Elder Samuel Amo Tobbin, has announced that winners of the 10th season of Di Asa will receive special prize packages at this year’s grand finale.
He said the reality show has consistently rewarded winners over the past nine years with valuable prizes, including saloon cars, pickup trucks, tricycles, travel opportunities, and other exciting packages.
Elder Tobbin thanked all the queens who have participated in the competition over the years, as well as the organizers and managers who have contributed to its success.
He described Di Asa as “a gift from heaven,” saying it has empowered many women who were once shy to appear in public because they were mocked and called names.
He recalled that the idea for the show came after watching a woman dance for more than an hour at an event after church, inspiring him to bring such talent to television.
He said the decision to launch Di Asa has never been regretted because of its positive impact on Ghanaian women.
He added that this year’s prizes will be special and announced that he will personally attend the grand finale to present the ultimate prize to the winner.
